This place is walking distance to Shepler’s Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. The one mile of downtown St. Ignace starts here with the Driftwood Restaurant & Molly Moo’s Ice cream. A beautiful boardwalk starts just a few blocks away and follows the shoreline thru town. Fireworks are on select Saturday nights and you can watch right from your living room. This is an upstairs apartment with a neighbor who owns a dog and another rental downstairs. This is located on the main road of town. The space This is an upstairs apartment newly renovated. The sliding door leads out to a new patio, this is not enclosed so be aware there may be mosquito’s at dusk. There is a shared washer/dryer in the basement. The deck on the first floor is a space for the first floor only. Please no bikes brought into the apartment. Guest access There are two upstairs apartments and yours is private to you but you share the hallway/stairs. Other things to note You are on the main road of the town so there is road noise. The neighbor does have a dog. And there is also an apartment on the first floor so you may get noise from them.
