If you have to work, this room is equipped with a desk with a comfortable armchair so you can isolate yourself from the living room and be quiet to do so. -> A bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, towels provided and a toilet. -> A third bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bed & its private bathroom with walk-in shower & toilet -> An outdoor shed (for children/adolescents) with a bunk bed & a sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people, without toilet or bathroom. The house is an idyllic setting to enjoy the sun of the Côte d'Azur and relax while enjoying the view, the calm of the place and the surrounding nature. The kitchen communicates directly with the pool, it is easier to eat outside from breakfast to dinner. All beds are fully equipped and will be made according to your needs before your arrival. You will find in the accommodation all the basic products to allow you to facilitate your installation and that we take care to put back in sufficient quantity each week in order to avoid additional shopping bags. Washing machine, drying racks, dishwasher and laundry detergent and stain remover available. Each room in the house is individually air-conditioned or heated, in order to have the exact desired temperature in each of them. There is absolute calm here (day and night) rare in our region. In addition, with all the new and quality beds and mattresses (like all the rest of the furniture, appliances or utensils available) you will have all the conditions to enjoy an excellent restful sleep. Guest access The common outdoor areas consist of: -> A garden of 1200 m2, fully secured and surrounded by cypresses as well as many fruit trees. -> A 100 m² terrace around the pool and fully equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, outdoor lounge, parasols, 4 deckchairs -> A saltwater pool, thanks to the heating system, we can guarantee you very comfortable bathing water between 26° and 30°C throughout this period). -> A jacuzzi open year-round. Outdoors and in absolute calm without any neighbors, it allows you to enjoy the surrounding nature and relax regardless of the weather, temperatures or season. -> A lit pétanque court (pétanque balls, molky and other games available). -> A ping-pong table (paddles and balls available). -> A children's play area (swings) as well as a calisthenics structure with trellis and ladder for adults -> You will also have a bright and sheltered aperitif area -> An electric barbecue & an electric Plancha are also available to prepare your grills in the garden. It is the third largest tributary — on the right bank — of the Var after the Tinée and the Vésubie. Its source is located at an altitude of 1160 meters below Mont Teillon (which rises to 1893 m). It first forms a "Mediterranean torrent" fed by various tributaries that have dug a valley that is sometimes very deep, and then it widens. It is 66.22 km long (120 km with its tributaries).
