Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Full Property Access Your stay features a Self Check-In process via the smart lock on the front door. During your stay, you have full and private access to: Interior: The entire 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, including the laundry room and office. Outdoors: Both the front yard (with the garden beds/pergola) and the fully fenced backyard with the fire pit and deck. Parking: Ample space in the private driveway for your vehicles. 🛑 Areas Off-Limits to Guests To ensure the safety of our guests and the security of the property, please note the following: Storage Facilities: The storage structures on the property are used for owner items. Please do not disturb or attempt to enter these facilities. Forested Area: For your safety, we ask that you do not enter the forested area beyond the cleared yard. Please stick to the fenced and manicured sections of the property. Other things to note 📋 Important Rental Requirements To ensure the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood and the "Quiet Enjoyment" of our neighbors, we require a signed Rental Agreement from the primary guest. Timing: This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or your reservation will be subject to cancellation. House Rules & Agreement Terms: Registered Guests Only: Every person present in the home at any time must be included in the reservation. Prior Approval for Visitors: Outside guests are only allowed on the premises with prior written permission from the host. Curfew for Visitors: To respect local noise ordinances, all non-overnight guests must leave the premises by 10:00 PM. Zero Tolerance Policy: Violations of these occupancy and guest rules are grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. Immediate Vacancy: If a violation occurs after check-in, the reservation will be terminated immediately, and all parties will be required to leave the property.
