Enter the home to find a beautifully decorated open concept living, dining room and kitchen. The very spacious kitchen has bench seating for 4 and ample storage. The expansive cabinet space stores many small appliances as well as every item needed for a fully functional kitchen space. There are games and books stored in the living room as well as the bunk bedroom. The master bedroom and the extra 3 bedrooms are separated by the grand room for extra privacy. The master bedroom features a walk in closet as well as a en suite bathroom with double vanity. Walk down the opposite hall where you'll find the 3 additional bedrooms 2nd bathroom bath. These cozy rooms all have ample closet space for your storage needs. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas inside the house as well as access to the front and backyard. Other things to note We owe our neighbors their right to quiet enjoyment of their homes in the neighborhood. With this in mind we require a signed agreement including all of the guests that will be in residence. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. The following terms will be included in the agreement, but not are not limited to: 1) Pets are prohibited unless authorized and included in the reservation. 2) Every person who will be present in the home will be included in the reservation. 3) Guests are only allowed with prior written permission from the host. 4) All guests shall leave the premises prior to 10pm. 5) Violation of the above rules are grounds for immediate cancellation of booking, without refund. 6) If violation occurs after check-in, the reservation will be cancelled and all parties will be asked to leave.
