Large independent bed and breakfast with its own bathroom

Les Clos de la Vigne in Vals-les-Bains welcomes you in a charming guest room, ideal for families, couples and friends. Between comfort, authenticity and the sweetness of life in the Ardèche, enjoy a peaceful setting close to the thermal baths and hiking trails. The perfect place for relaxation, discovery and shared moments. The space Guests will have access to a private duplex consisting of one bedroom, small seating area, bathroom, terrace and direct access to the pool. The mezzanine room is equipped with 2 single beds (90cm) Pretty steep staircase. You have a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kettle. The bathroom consists of a shower, double vanity and toilet, one set of towels will be provided per person as well as bed linens. Baby equipment available on request (bed, bathtub, bottle warmer) Games and books for children and adults. Guest access Guests have access to the room through an independent entrance, terrace and pool. Other things to note CATERING and PETS Clean dogs not on the beds and on the mezzanine are allowed for an additional €13 per stay. Only one dog is allowed. (To be paid directly on-site in cash.) Food. To be booked by phone or text or message on the booking site. - Cold meal tray (noon or evening): €21/pers and €15/child under 10 years old ---- Book at least 48 hours in advance. Entry: quiche, charcuterie, eggs, vegetable salad etc . Dishes: salad (pasta, lentils, rice...) and a cold meat (chicken, pork roast, beef roast) . Fromage . Dessert: fruit salad, brulated cream, tiramisu, chocolate mousse etc ... - Midi picnic (salad (pasta, rice, lentils), ham / butter sandwich, chips, dessert and small bottle of water). at €13/pers To be booked 24 hours in advance The trays will be placed directly in your fridge or they will be given to you directly according to my availability and your wish.
