You may enter and exit through the back door via your private deck. You may not enter or exit out of the front door or access the front porch. The second-floor balcony may not have any chairs or other objects placed on it. Up to two people may stand on the balcony at any given time. The north deck is your private deck space. You may not access the south deck because it is part of the downstairs unit. Parking for one car is available for your group on the north side (left side) of the driveway in front of the garage door. The space on the right (south) side of the driveway is reserved for the downstairs apartment. You may not park on the street overnight without a valid permit from the village of Oak Park.
