Condo is all including all utilities and amenities. private pool, BBQ, and picnic area. located on sunset harbor marina where you can rent jet ski's, boats, and kayaks and four restaurants. condo can be rent for travel nurses sharing housing or individual family can also rent the unit. limited to 15 days or the full month.
