Unique view villa in Vence

Centrally located in Vence, within walking distance of the city center, is La Villa Vue. The house has a great view up to Baou des Blanc, Chateau Saint-Martin and panoramic views of the sea, Nice and all the way to Cap d 'Antibes. The villa's garden has fragrant flower bushes, olive and lemon trees. The house's cozy decor, small terraces, large pool area and unmatched views invite relaxation, reflection and enjoyment. The house is a private residence that is only rented out for a limited period. The space The house has been owned by one of Vence's leading families for 50 years and was taken over by us in 2022. We have renovated, painted and decorated so that the house now appears up to date with a brand new open carpenter's kitchen, wallpaper from Helene Blanche and William Morris and Farrow and Balls beautiful colors. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, all with comfortable beds from Sofitel. The master bedroom and our downstairs studio have an attached bathroom. The two rooms upstairs share a bathroom and a dressing room. In addition, there is a bathroom downstairs by the pool and a small guest toilet by the living room. The house has a nice dining room and a large spacious living room both with fireplace and a lot of different terraces and nooks around. There is a very spacious modern pool kitchen downstairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and grill. Our pool is 5 x 11 m and since you can touch the bottom everywhere, it is perfect for both swimming and playing. We live right out to hiking trails, so you can make beautiful hikes up to the prominent mountain peaks Baou des Blancs or Baou des Noirs or go all the way to Tourrette sur Loup. Col de Vence is located behind the house and is a popular training area for both amateurs and professional cyclists. The climb is referred to as the "mini-Alpe d'Huez". It is also possible to drive by car all the way up and hike on the top with the most beautiful views of the Cote d'Azur and the azure Mediterranean. Guest access Guests can use the entire property, pool area and garden behind. Finally, you must pick and use the lemons in the garden. We also have a ping-pong table that you can use. Our private belongings are locked in one of the garages. Guests can use our double carport and the driveway is large enough for additional cars. Other things to note Vence town is a 10-minute walk from the house and offers a wealth of different lovely bakers, cafes, art shops, restaurants and good supermarkets. There are markets in the square all year round, both food markets and flea markets. Vence is a lively town with Christmas markets, Easter processions, summer concerts and summer evening markets. The house is only a 25-minute drive from Nice Airport. You can reach many exciting excursions within an hour from the house: Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrette sur Loup, Grasse, Eze, Menton, Villefrance sur mer, Monaco, Antibes, Juan les Pins - even all the way to Italy. There are also 3 different ski resorts that can be reached in less than 2 hours drive from the house.
