This place is perfect for a girl's getaway or for couples wanting to visit the many wineries and festivals within walking distance. The space "Beachfully "decorated, open concept living area with large kitchen. This cottage can accommodate up to 5 people with use of the air mattress or day bed. On the main floor you have the large living room with an abundance of seating options as well as amazing lake views, electric fireplace, and smart TV for your enjoyment. You can whip up meals or get set for takeout in the large kitchen with all the amenities you need for your getaway! The main floor offers one large bedroom with queen bed, night tables and space for all your luggage as well as a view of the lake from living room sliding door . The second storey boasts an extra large tranquil bedroom with a queen bed and day bed. There is a large sliding door facing the lake to enjoy, giving you breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets, as you relax in bed with your morning coffee. Crack that door open and listen to the waves while you relax and enjoy this amazing space. Both bedrooms are equipped with high quality brand new mattresses for your sleeping enjoyment along with all new bedding and an abundance of pillows that I am sure will be to your liking. There is a large 4 piece bathroom on the main floor with full laundry facilities. At the rear of the cottage you will find a totally separate dining area facing the vast yard. This room also has a small sitting area where you can enjoy bird watching or sit quietly and curl up to read a book on the couch in this room which overlooks the deck and patio seating area. There is a large treed yard with firepit and surrounded by adirondack chairs for your enjoyment as well as a hammock to relax in. At the front of the cottage you will find a large deck to enjoy while taking in the lake and a portable firepit if you choose to have a fire lakeside!! ( firepit at the side of the house) Come and get away from it all! It’s a little piece of paradise away from life’s hustle and bustle!! Op is Guest access You will have access to the entire place. Other things to note This cottage is located right on Lake Erie on the bluff. There is no direct water access from the property but there is a beach 2 min away by car or a short 8-10 min walk. You will enjoy fabulous views and lake breezes! Please be aware that the yards are not fenced so if you have a pet with you will have to have them leashed while outdoors. Thank you.
