Sleep up to 18! Rent out 3 units of "Moringa Sunset Suites"! Unlock a door between units 3 & 4 so you have an entire 4-bedroom, 2-bath level plus the bottom right unit which is another 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit. 4-minute walk to the beautiful beach: Rio Grande Playa. A/C units & fans in all bedrooms & 3 fully stocked kitchens. 5 min drive to the Rincon Welcome Sign, & 7-9 min drive to Rincon center. 35 min from the Aguadilla Airport. 2.5 hrs from San Juan. The space Guests have access to the 3 rental units in the building, including 3 full kitchens with 3 stoves, microwaves, toasters, and coffee makers; and will have complete privacy while inside. On the grounds, guests share the yard, including a swing set, covered porch with outside shower, and seating with the other unit in the building (shared with property manager, in bottom right unit). You will have 3 parking spaces inside the gate to park 3 cars. If you have more than 3 cars, you may need to park them outside of the gate. Please note that there may not be hot water at all times. The water is solar-heated and on days that are very cloudy/rainy and when all 4 units are booked, which is often the case, guests are likely to run out of hot water by the end of the day. We ask guests to reserve hot water for showers, but cannot guarantee hot water at all times.
