Coltons Point is a quiet village-like community with nearby marinas and creeks perfect for boating, fishing, crabbing and a birder’s paradise. Site of the first landing of English Colonials in 1633 and a quaint local history museum The space Two bedroom, two bath cottage with water views, (no beach access. ) A secured 365 porch and fire pit. Ample private parking and luxury amenities. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. Our street is named Serenity Lane and we wish to maintain that feeling. Please respect our waterfront neighbors and stay inside the center easement should you walk down to the water’s edge (riprap only NO beach access). It’s the width of the paved street. Do not enter any piers or docks nor any private property. Please keep noise at a respectable level and no loud music or rowdy conversations outside the house. Other things to note A leisurely stroll or quick drive to the nearby newly renovated Potomac Gardens established in 1934, is a weekend bar, dance hall and live music venue popular with locals. A seven minute drive to Murphy’s store is great for last minute convenience for supplies, liquor, deli items and fishing gear. We are 20 minute drive to historic Leonardtown, a waterfront town square in the county seat with a wide selection of restaurants and shopping.
