We are happy to act as concierge for your vacation needs. We also may be able to meet special requests, so please ask. Recommendations on activities, restaurants, hikes? We generally stay out of sight for guest's stays to give privacy, but do clear snow, sand and garden as needed. We are just at the entrance to Jackson Village. The pace slows down when you cross the covered bridge. We are located just across the street from the Red Fox Grill, a popular family restaurant and sports bar. Within walking distance of the nordic ski trails, Jackson Public Library ( a beautiful building in an old barn-a must see! ). Nestlenook Resort is viewed out the back across the river. The twinkling lights, bells from horse drawn sleighs, and laughter from ice skaters will put you in a festive mood. The view out to the Ellis River is constantly changing from icy green waters in winter, to gentle rapids in summer. We are less than a mile from Story Land- an easy place to land after a long day of fun with the kids. Concord coach has scheduled stops at the Jackson Covered Bridge within walking distance of the house. (website hidden)
