Close to the Center and the companies Philips, Senior, Cremer, Hering, Hemmer and others, as well as the UFSC and Furb universities. The main street has markets, bakeries, a pharmacy and several snack bars. The property has Wi-Fi, a nearby bus stop and easy access to other neighborhoods. The accommodation also has a kitchen and garage, shared if there are other guests. The space The room is located in a family residence, however, it is on the first floor, which is used only by guests, with a private entrance. In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and bathroom. We offer bedding and bath towels. Guest access There is access to a kitchen, which will be shared if there are other guests. It has a laundry room, clothesline to dry clothes and a garage. During your stay I can help you with whatever you need about your stay, as well as share tourist information, directions, etc. Other things to note Location rules: - We do not accept strangers who have not made a reservation. - No parties and events are allowed in the space. - Before checking out, keep the room tidy.
