This house is a classic Binker Barn on a very private 1 acre lot over looking the ocean. This is a unique house with a very private location. The house has a enclosed garden with redwood trees, rhododendrons, cedars and has large statues making the garden have a very zen feel. This is a unique Sea Ranch house, there no other house that offers the privacy and views like this house. The back of the house has a commanding view of the ocean. You can sit in the hot tub and see and hear the waves crash on the rocks. The house was recently renovated. The inside, while keeping the classic Binker Barn feel has been updated to include a Gourmet kitchen and a ultra modern master bathroom. The house also has complimentary wifi. If you golf, bring your clubs. The Sea Ranch Golf Course is a 12 minute drive up Highway 1. The house sleeps 6, in 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 full and 1 bunk bed). We also have a Cottage in the courtyard (detached from the main house) with a bedroom that has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. 2 additional guests can sleep in this room. This cottage can be rented for an additional $90/night. (when you rent the main house this cottage is not offered as part of rental and must be requested separately). The back deck has a large hot tub with a view of the ocean and complete privacy. The house is in the forest so despite our meticulous cleaning, cobwebs can spring up from time to time. One of the rooms upstairs rooms for storage and is not accessible. There's also a small loft with a ladder that's off-limits for safety reasons. Hill-side trails are within a short walking distance of the house. The bluff trail is accessible on foot from the house but is about 1 mile away.
