Beautiful Luxury Caravan

You won’t forget your time in our beautiful caravan. The space Welcome to our beautiful, privately owned, Platinum Plus, 4 berth caravan with full wrap around decking at Devon Cliffs, Holiday Park. It is located on the much sort after Willows with a beautiful sea view. Perfect location. Ideal for families or couples. Just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach with rock pools. Also near walks and a cliff side trail. The caravan is modern and furnished to a very high standard.... The perfect place to relax. The lounge and dining area is open plan, bright and very spacious and has an electric fire for those cosy evenings. It has full gas central heating and UPVC double glazing throughout. The caravan has its own free WIFI. The lounge has a 40” Smart TV plus a DVD player and a good selection of DVD’s. French doors open up onto a large decking area which wraps around the caravan, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. It has a secure gate that can be locked if you wish, to give little ones freedom to walk about and at the same time to be safe. On the decking there is comfortable rattan furniture complete with cushions. Ideal if you want to sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine on a lovely summer's evening. There is also an outside tap if you wish to wash off those sandy feet or buckets & spades. The well equipped kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, grill and hob plus an integral fridge freezer. Plus iron and ironing board and everything you need in the way of kitchen crockery and bakeware. Tea towels and cleaning products are provided. There is a large family bathroom with a large shower. The large master bedroom has plenty of storage, plus a dressing table where you will find a hairdryer. There is also a double wardrobe plus a 32" Smart TV. The bedroom also has its own an-suite WC , wash basin and large shower. The bedroom is also large enough to put up a travel cot if needed. There is a twin room with full size single beds, with a bedside table, wardrobe with drawers below and dressing table. It also has a Smart TV. Bedding and bed linen is provided for 4 persons and beds are made up ready for your arrival. You have your own allocated, private parking space next to the caravan. The keys to the caravan are in a key safe at the caravan, so none of those long queues waiting at Haven reception. Entertainment Passes can be purchased direct from Haven. Sorry no Smoking or Vaping in the caravan or on the decking area. Unfortunately no Pets. Bookings are based on a 7 nights stay from Saturday to Saturday If you are after Monday to Friday stays please contact me. Bed guards can be provided on request. Other things to note * A security deposit of £150 will be requested at the time of booking. On your departure, once the holiday home has been cleaned and checked for any damage, losses, breakages or stains on goods and the key being returned to the key safe, your deposit will be returned to you within 7 days. * On departure, the holiday home should be left, clean, tidy and free of rubbish. * All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. * Towels are not provided but can be hired from the Haven hire shop. * No pets allowed. * Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the holiday home and also outside on the decking area. * No BBQ's on the decking. * Cushions for the patio furniture can be found under the bed in the second bedroom. Please ensure these are brought in every evening or if rain is due. * Due to park rules, we can not accept any bookings of same sex groups or persons under the age of 25 years. * Check in is at 3:00 pm and Check Out is at 10:00 am. * The holiday home is positioned within a Haven Holiday Park. We do not supply any park passes. Passes are required for swimming and evening entertainment. These passes can be purchased direct with Haven. All other activities can be booked without passes. * Please put all rubbish in the bins provided around the site. Do not leave rubbish outside the caravan as the seagulls will scatter the rubbish. * Please do not feed the seagulls. * Only park in your allocated parking space and not on grass areas.
