Description
Bedroom, Family Room and private bath. These three rooms are in our daylight basement. Semi-private entrance through the back patio door. The bedroom has a queen Temper-pedic medium to firmer mattress. No tv. The bedroom does not have a lock on the door. There is a stairwell to the upstairs that is open with a room divider closing it. We live upstairs; you will hear some sounds. Water running in pipes, footsteps, visitors. We are often in the yard doing gardening and various house projects. The space Our house is two stories with a daylight basement. Guest room and guest bath are in the downstairs, entrance through back door to Family Room. There is not a TV in the Garden Room. Gradual steps and pathway from the driveway to the guest entrance has twelve 4" steps. Family room has a microwave, minifridge and Kuerig coffee maker for your use. We will be upstairs in the evenings and occasionally during the day. We occasionally access the backyard via the shared family room and semi-private entrance. Guest access Entrance to the downstairs room is via the south side of the house. You can park on the street in front of our house. Use the path on the garage side of the house. Walk down the path, through the gate and to the left to the patio. Path consists of graduated steps. Door has a key lock. During your stay You can text or call me if you have any questions or concerns. Often, we will be around the yard or house doing various jobs. We will keep to ourselves and give you your privacy but are happy to chat. Other things to note There is not a TV in the Garden Room. There is no Air Conditioning in the Garden Room. The bedroom does not have a lock on the door. Stairwell to the upstairs area is open but has room divider in front of it. The neighbors next-door have dogs that often bark. A big dog that barks and sounds ferocious through the fence and several small barking dogs.
