North Bend Lake House @ Lake Barkley

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family getaways. A fisherman’s dream vacation. Bird watchers paradise. An artist retreat with views to paint or write songs about. Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks. The space Lakehouse is situated in a cove overlooking Lake Barkley North of the Cumberland River. The property sits high atop a secluded hill in Kuttawa, KY. On this property you will have no noise or light pollution. Guest access Guest have access to house and property. The garage is locked. Some cabinets & some closets are not accessible to guest. Lake Access is crossing the road to walkway. Boat access is 1/4 mile to public ramp. Other things to note 4X4 or All Wheel Drive recommended to reach the top of the hill if pulling a trailer or boat. The drive has recently been paved to make traversing the incline easier for all cars. Tornado Shelter Installation is happening in April of 2025
