Welcome to our home — a cozy, quirky farmhouse full of love, history, and character. If you’re looking for a modern, minimalist space with spotless white walls and polished marble countertops… this isn’t it. But if you love a place with soul, light, laughter, and a little bit of lived-in magic — we’d love to host you. This is our personal home (not a rental property), and we open it to guests with the hope that you’ll feel warmly welcomed and right at home here, too. What to Expect: This is a 200+ year-old farmhouse with two stories and all bedrooms upstairs (no handicap accessibility). She’s old, charming, imperfect, and still settling into her most recent renovations — you may see a bit of painter’s tape or unfinished flooring. We welcome well-behaved animals — we have plenty of our own! But if you have allergies, this likely isn’t the right space for you. Linus, our very social indoor/outdoor cat, may introduce himself… or sneak inside if you’re not looking. He’s well stocked outside, harmless, and he might bring porch “gifts” (you’ve been warned!). You’ll hear life outside — roosters across the street, goats chatting, breezes through the trees. Bedroom 3 gets the rooster serenade early, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We don’t have shades or curtains (just lots of natural light). If you need it dark, we recommend bringing an eye mask. Our daughter loves to share — you’ll find toys, crafts, books, and kid treasures throughout the house. If you’re traveling without kids, just know this is a home that’s lived in (and joyfully loved on by little hands). There’s a gym on-site — if you want to book a training session or movement experience during your stay, just let us know. We’re happy to arrange it. During the week, you may see light business activity from the adjacent property we use — nothing major, just occasional cars in and out, and farm help (or us!) taking care of the animals. This property is about, staying somewhere with charm and love, to unwind, enjoy a good meal and unplug. There is nature everywhere with the beauty of down town and lots of activities a hop skip and a jump away! We hope this space wraps you in warmth and gives you a cozy little exhale — just like it does for us.✨ Guest access All main areas of the house are accessible: kitchen mudroom, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room. Anything in these main areas is available for you to mindfully use (please just don’t take our stuff with you when you go) The basement, attic and any locked areas are completely off limits. The horse barn, farm area, and fenced paddocks are completely off limits. The gym in the barn is off limits unless an appointment has been made.
