Beach Breeze

Beach Breeze is a comfortable family beach house, only a short walk (4-5 min) to the beach, store and Pub. We have three bedrooms and cater for up to 6 people. The space Beach Breeze has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 people (2 queen beds, 2 singles). The house is split level, with kitchen and dining on the upper level, an open lounge and deck on the middle level overlooking the ocean and bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry below. There is a split system air conditioner on the top floor, a fireplace in the lounge room and each of the bedrooms have space heaters. All bedding, linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no BBQ at the house due to fire safety concerns, and the garage is not available to guests. There is parking for 2 cars at the top of the driveway. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the house but not use of the garage. Other things to note Please check with your mobile phone provider that they have coverage in Wye River (In our experience Telstra and Optus are fine but some other carriers do not have any coverage at all). Mobile reception often drops out between Lorne and Wye River on the Great Ocean Road so please look up our address before you begin your journey. All homes in Wye River rely on tank/ rainwater, there is no mains water supply. We have a filtered tap in the kitchen for drinking water. Please note that there is no BBQ at the house due to fire safety concerns, however there is a public BBQ area in McLellan Court (just below the house). Access to the house is via quite a steep driveway, there is parking at the top for 2 cars and you will have to reverse down. The garage at the house is not available to guests.
