Cosy bright double rm near centre

The place is a bright, east facing room in a double upper villa in the historic Abbeyhill Colonies. The house is 20 minutes walk from the city centre, and only 5 minutes by bus. It is close to the Royal Mile, with easy access to many Festival venues in August. The space It is a lovely east facing room, that gets the morning light, in a tradition house in a central area. With great bus links into town this a great place from which to explore Edinburgh. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen. There is a toilet next to the bedroom that is for individual use by guests, and a shower is available in the bathroom (shared with owner) upstairs. During your stay I will also be in the flat to help with any questions and advise on the Edinburgh Festival. I can speak Spanish Other things to note I have a small, black cat called Spook in the house. He will not be allowed in your room unless you want, but he is very friendly if you want to say hello to him.
