Your home away from home in Village One, one of the safest area in town. Whether you’re in Modesto for a day or several weeks, you’ll feel right at home in this huge updated modern house. The room is on the 2nd flr, has twin size bed, desk/chair, 42” smart TV, small microwave & mini fridge. Just outside the BR is a large shared remodeled bathroom. Shared areas of the house includes large family rm, liv rm, dining rm, & kitchen. For those staying over one week, a W/D is available for your use. The space Our house is a 2-story home located in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few restaurants, shops, plus a couple of schools w/in walking distance from it. This room is on the 2nd floor and shares the upstairs bathroom w/ another guest. Guest access Guests can only access the house from the main front door. During your stay We have individuals who stay at our home sometimes just a few days to a few weeks. We do have folks who are either just visiting the area for personal reasons, and some that are working in the area on temporary assignment, and have varying work schedules. Please keep that in mind and try to be mindful of minimizing noise levels, as some guests might be sleeping during the day. Other things to note Only individual paying guests are able to enter the home and stay in the unit. We stay at the property a few times a week, and are close by should you need anything during your stay. We are also always available via the Airbnb messaging system, plus via cell or email.
