Villa Pi is a beautiful and spacious independent house, surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the renowned Tropea and its beautiful beaches, with a large private swimming pool and large garden that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. From the living room you access the large kitchen equipped with all modern and functional appliances. On the same level as the living room and kitchen there is a closet and a large bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Comfortable and wide stairs lead to the upper floor where there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds extra large (120x190) and another large bathroom with toilet and bathtub. All bedrooms have access to the balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The annex consists of another apartment, located on the lower floor, equipped with two double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom with shower where there is a second washing machine and a large living room with open kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher). Villa Pi has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the entire house is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, and there is also a heating system powered by both a thermo-fireplace and gas, which makes it perfect for stays in low season. The private and fenced parking is accessed via an electric gate, the parking has a capacity of approximately 5 cars. The large garden is approximately 3000m2 and the private swimming pool measures 12x6m and is 2.40m deep, it is surrounded by a large solarium and the entire pool area is fenced and gated for the safety of the little ones. The house is located a few steps from the sea and the pretty village of Brattirò, the nearest beach is 3 km away while Tropea is about 4 km away. Some excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
