Other things to note CHECK-IN Guests must be 21 years or older. A valid government photo ID and a signed credit card in the registered guest’s name are required. A $100 hold will be placed for incidentals. Debit cards, prepaid cards, checks, gift cards, or cash are not accepted. No Check-in after hours which ends at 10pm EARLY CHECK-IN FEE BASE ON AVAILABILITY $25 early as 1pm. LATE CHECK-OUT FEE $25 UNTIL 12PM ONLY. Normally check-out time is 11am. LOCAL GUEST POLICY Reservations are not accepted from guests living within 50 miles of the property, except for emergencies with prior approval. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS Cancellations made up to one day before arrival incur no fee. Cancellations made later or no-shows will be charged the first night in full. No-shows on guaranteed reservations may be charged the full stay. Group and block reservations must be canceled at least eight weeks prior to arrival or one full room night plus tax may be charged for each reserved room. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE The motel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund for nonpayment, disruptive or disorderly behavior, intoxication, illegal activity, excess occupancy, property damage, possession of firearms or hazardous items, or violation of policies. DAMAGES Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. Towels and linens are charged from $25 and up. Other damages are charged at variable rates. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS Pets are not allowed. Only ADA service animals are permitted and must remain under the handler’s control at all times. Service animals may not be left unattended. A $300 fee applies for undeclared or non-approved pets. Guests are responsible for damages caused by service animals. RATES All rates are quoted in US dollars plus tax. Rates may change at any time without notice. NON-SMOKING POLICY The motel is 100 percent smoke-free. Smoking, vaping, burning incense or candles, using strong oils, marijuana, or cooking in rooms is not allowed. A minimum fee of $300 applies for violations. NOISE AND PARTIES Parties and loud disturbances are not permitted. One warning will be given for noise issues, after which eviction without refund may occur. Unregistered guests after 8 PM are considered a party and may result in eviction and fees. FIRE SAFETY AND APPLIANCES The motel is fully equipped with smoke detectors. Only the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker provided may be used in rooms. Cooking appliances, grills, fireworks, and open flames are prohibited. A minimum $300 fee applies for violations. HOUSEKEEPING AND INSPECTIONS Housekeeping is provided daily from 10 AM to 2 PM. Rooms are inspected daily. Linens are changed every third day unless requested sooner. Towels left on the floor will be replaced. DO NOT DISTURB Do Not Disturb signs will be honored once within a twelve-hour period. Staff may later enter rooms for cleaning, safety checks, or maintenance. Management reserves the right to enter rooms at any time for emergencies or suspected illegal activity. CHILDREN Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 12 stay free with a paying adult using existing bedding. Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended. PARKING Parking is free for registered guests only. Vehicles must be registered at check-in. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Abandoned vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Vehicle repairs are not allowed on the property. VISITORS Visitors must check in at the front desk and leave by 8 PM. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors and extra person fees may apply. ROOM KEYS Room keys are issued only to registered guests and not to anyone under 18. Lost keys require ID for replacement. Keys must be returned at checkout. POLICY CHANGES The motel reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time. The latest version applies to all reservations. We’re a tiny hotel, and our policies are firm—no exceptions! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
