Other things to note 🕊️ About Your Stay 🧳 In accordance with local regulations, this residence does not operate under a tourist apartment license. It is therefore available for guests with legitimate mid- to long-term purposes, such as: Work-related stays or retirement visits; Nomadic or remote lifestyles; Medical treatments; Family gatherings; Academic or research pursuits. 🧳 As required by Spanish law (Order TMA/1393/2024, dated December 30, BOE-A-2024-26931), all short-term stays must be formalized through a written rental agreement, even when booked via platforms such as Airbnb. This agreement includes a security deposit clause as a legal safeguard; however, no payment will be requested. The clause simply ensures compliance with current regulations and provides full legal traceability of the stay. 🧳 Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device. ⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
