Beach house

The neighborhood is very quiet and is 500 meters from Mozambique beach by a lush trail. We have access to several supermarkets, a health center, pharmacies, and schools. It is located between Lagoa da Conceição and the various beaches in the north of the island: Santinho, Ingleses, Canasvieiras, Praia Brava, Praia Mole, Barra da Lagoa, Joaquina, etc. The house is a very comfortable and cozy wooden house, with a ground floor of burnt cement that is easy to maintain, and upstairs there are two suites with air conditioning.
