Carolina Dreamin' is a 3 story townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath. Take advantage of the beach and/or community pool, then rinse off in the garage shower. Enjoy sitting in rocking chairs, looking at the ocean, or come inside to cook/eat, soak in the jetted tub, play board games, or even watch a show on 1 of 6 flat-screen TV's (65, 50, or 43- inch) in your room, den, or living room. The space Our garage holds 2 guest vehicles ( with 2 additional guest parking passes when available). Our first level includes a king-size bedroom with a full bath and 50-inch Smart TV. Another bedroom includes 1 full & 2 twin beds, and a full bath. These rooms share a den with a TV and board games. There is also a deck with rocking chairs and a hammock for 2. As you transition to our second floor, you will enjoy the convenience of a full washer/dryer. Our main living area has vaulted ceilings, along with a full kitchen (granite countertops), and a living room with 65-inch Smart TV with Roku. The queen bedroom contains a full bath with jetted tub. There is also a deck on this level with rocking chairs, a lounge chair, and with a view of Surf City Beach. On the way to our third level is a 1/2 bath. At the top is a king-size suite with a toddler bed/crib/Pack & Play. This suite includes office space with a desk, chair, HP wireless printer, etc. We have beach towels, backpack beach chairs, lounge chairs, beach toys for kids, and kids at heart. There are a total of 6 flat-screen TVs. Three have Roku streaming. You are free to log into through a guest version that deletes your activity the day you leave. Feel free to use any free apps or add any of your paid apps like Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery Plus. The other 3 flat screens have Google Chrome Cast which allows casting of any apps from your smartphone to the TV without any passwords. Others have videos, DVD players, VHS players, Blue Ray Players, and a variety of adult, family, and kid movie options. Use at parental discretion. The community pool is opened May 1st through September.
