Guest house in Nepi, 45 km north of Rome. We are located in a quiete residedential area where you can deeply enjoy the countryside of Rome and take some time for yourself. We are not well connected with Rome so I don't suggest staying with us if you want to go to Rome on a daily basis. This is the perfect spot for people with their own car and pilgrims walking on the Via Francigena. Our guests stay in our dependance, with private bathroom, private entrance, and small kitchen.
