Weekly and monthly discounts automatically applied. *no smoking, pets, or parties* The space -Two bedrooms each with a queen bed -One bathroom with walk in shower -Additional office room with desk and chair and fast Wi-Fi -Full Kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, stove with oven, dishwasher) -Washer and dryer in house -Shampo, body wash, linens, towels, laundry detergent is provided -15-20 minutes away from downtown Birmingham -Located in the charming town of Hueytown -Free driveway parking (two cars maximum) -Spacious backyard. Please stay out of the sheds in the backyard, no access allowed. There is a free park with playground nearby. -Please note that this is a small mid century 900 square feet house that has wear and tear and creaking and imperfections. It’s like Grandma’s little cottage -Must be 21+ to book. Two night minimum. Cannot book for someone else. All guests must be listed on the reservation. -At this time only guests with existing positive reviews will be accepted -Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not expect perfection. While it is generally quiet, you may occasionally hear a dog barking or a car driving by. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
