You won’t get a better deal for the location, price & comfort! Book it! The space This air conditioned 3rd Floor suite is perfect for a couple or for a lone adventurer! It offers a queen size pillow top bed, perfect for resting after a long day of adventure. It is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and mini toaster. It also offers a private bath with hot/cold water. Let's not forget safe box for storing valuables and WiFi to keep connected! We also now offer bicycle & snorkel rental on site! Our new pool & sundeck is ideal for a relaxing evening. Guest access This complex is fully fenced and gated. Guests are provided with digital code upon check in. The complex offers a sunset porch with relaxing armchairs for when you want to unwind. Our boutique complex consists of 8 suites, conveniently located to serve your every need while on vacation. This suite is perfect for a couple's getaway. No need to pack those big bottles of shampoo or conditioner! Each suite comes equipped with shower dispensers! We are conveniently located near grocery stores, a bakery, local deli, restaurants, dive shops and the beach! Our refreshing pool and sun deck is a delight! Other things to note Check- In time: 3:00 p.m Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. *No pets allowed* * No smoking allowed in units. You may smoke on verandas or around the pool. * Tissue paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. *Any damages to property will be reported to Airbnb and deducted from security fee of US$300. *Cleaning fee covers deep cleaning on checkout. There is a $20.00 fee for any additional cleaning during your stay. *Laundry service: our washer & dryer are available from 5:00-8:00 PM for a fee of $5.00 US per load if you provide your detergent or $8.00 if you use ours.
