A very private hilltop getaway with panoramic views of the gorgeous rolling hillsides. Minutes from a quiet beach and very close to two "Anne of Green Gables" sites". Located in the heart of Anne’s Land which is 15k from Kensington, 25k to Summerside and 45k to Charlottetown (shopping/grocery stores)etc. There is a local beach 2k away but also 20k to Cavendish, which has many tourist attractions. The space This rental includes main floor and two upper floor bedrooms ... not basement - except washer and dryer. Please read the manual that's left on the kitchen table. Waste watch is a big thing on PEI; please help us out by sorting the garbage accordingly. Guest access - The only room you're permitted access to in the basement (unless booked) is the washer/dryer in the laundry area. Do not enter any other rooms. - There are 2 single storage areas in both the upstairs bedrooms - do not use or remove anything thing from the ones marked "owners only" on them. - The shed is locked but access is given only for axes for chopping wood for stove or fire pit. - Please follow directions in the manual for lighting this stove "if needed". Preference to use the electric heat instead. - Please turn off the heat (if used) when you leave. - Close all windows when you leave. Other things to note The driveway is a common driveway, shared with another family ... please drive slow going in and out as there are small children around. Check in is 3 pm or afterwards and check out is 10 am.
