The space A Refined Studio Transformation Originally a garden shed, this space has been meticulously renovated into a bright, airy detached studio. The studio features a plush queen-sized bed, a cozy sitting area with two leather club chairs, and a full-swivel Smart TV for movie nights. If you’re here to find inspiration, you’ll love the dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi. A sleek, ductless heating and cooling system ensures the perfect temperature year-round, while the full-sized bathroom comes stocked with premium essentials (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). Kitchenette & Amenities: Mini-fridge & Microwave Keurig Coffee Maker (Complimentary coffee, tea, and creamer) Bottle opener & essentials for light snacks and drinks Guest Access: The guesthouse is a detached building located next to our primary residence, offering you a private entrance via a charming stone pathway from your dedicated parking spot. You have full, exclusive access to the large east lawn—a park-like setting perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. On clear days, you’ll enjoy a stunning, unobstructed view of Mt. Baker. Feel free to gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the valley. Other Things to Note While the guesthouse and east yard are positioned to provide privacy, please keep in mind that we are a family-friendly property. You may see our two children playing or be greeted by our two friendly outdoor cats. We strive to provide a peaceful experience while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a working countryside home. Guest access You’ll have full access to the studio and the east‑facing yard, a great spot to soak in the views or unwind by the fire pit (available unless local burn bans are in effect). Your dedicated parking space is located in the driveway, right next to the stone pathway for easy access to the unit. Other things to note This is our primary, family‑friendly home, so you may spot us buzzing around the property in addition to our ameteur security guards: Miller (a suave black cat) and Stormy (a fluffy gray diva). They roam the yard living their best lives, but they are strictly barred from entering the studio to keep things allergen‑friendly. Our home runs on a septic system, so please treat the toilet kindly—only toilet paper goes for a swim. This is a non‑smoking property.
