For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged separately according to actual consumption, as measured by the utility provider. Guests who wish to include electricity in the rate for stays of 28 nights or longer may do so upon request; however, please note that in such cases, the long-stay discount will not apply.
