URBAN OASIS - Loft above Garage

'URBAN OASIS' is a loft above the garage. This room is professionally decorated and has a kitchenette; including a fridge, microwave, induction 2 burner stove, electric frying pan toaster oven coffee pot, & cooking tools. Also, queen bed, clothes closet, love seat, desk, dresser, toilet room, storage space, air conditioning, Wifi, swivel TV (Netflix/Prime/YouTube) Supplies include: dish soap, tea towels, bath towels and bedding. The space The Airbnb home is located in the south end of Red Deer. To the WEST, approximately five blocks away you will find Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen and numerous restaurants. NORTH - 5 blocks away is Bower Mall. One row of houses to the EAST are bike paths that wind through beautiful trees and over creeks. Chairs and a portable fire place that is covered can be used in the back yard with wood that is supplied. The home is within a grouping of homes that surround a close of green grass and tall trees. This allows for unlimited parking. The hospital, Red Deer Polytechnic and recreational facilities are all within a 10 minute drive from the home. Guest access To access Urban Oasis, you will walk up the outside front 15 steps outside the home and enter the right door at the top of the landing. A unique passcode will be provide to you upon confirmation of your booking. Your same passcode can be used to enter the main home to shower. At the back of the home and through the French doors is an outside covered deck with a picnic table and BBQ which you are welcome to use. An ashtray is provided on the picnic table. Also, at the back of the home on the cement patio is a covered moveable fireplace. You may have an evening fire with wood provided from the side of the home. Bicycles are provided with a cost of $20/day for a single person or $30/day for couples. Please contact Wynn or Neil if interested. During your stay Wynn & Neil do not live at the Airbnb home but we love to meet new people. We are often at the home and anxious to answer any questions that they may have.
