Just arrive and relax in our private, newly renovated 2 bedroom unit located in the 3rd floor. It offers a more quiet beach view from the balcony and the forward most bedroom. Our open floor plan kitchen/livingroom is fully stocked. Smart TVs are in the bedrooms (1 TV in each bedroom). Wake up before dawn and enjoy the most amazing sunrises when walking east by the seashore. The unit is decorated with an energizing beach waves motif of soothing blue greens and vibrant yellow tones. The space Our property consists of a 4 story narrow building. We are located just across from Chispa’s mart, down the street from Martina’s Restaurant and Bar and Haven of Peace. During the early mornings with windows open you can hear nature sounds along with tropical music playing outside. Highlights are the beach and tree canopy view from the balcony and fwd bedroom. We are on the Public side of Playa Dorada between Costa Dorada and Playa Dorada entrances. This is our special place central to attractions in Puerto Plata (see my guide). We are 16 minutes away from the POP airport, if you need a clean and safe place to stay prior or after travel. El Pueblito is not at all pretentious—it just is. It’s a place where you can come as you are. Ditch the rat race and come unwind to an affordable unpretentious piece of island paradise. Weekdays tend to be quieter than weekends and National holidays. You will find a melting pot of local vendors and property owners along with expat tenants from the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia, Polands and Latin America. We have both local and foreign tourists perusing the local souvenir shops and bars. There is a public unpaved gravel lot used as public parking. The garbage dumpster is located in the periphery of this lot. Guest access During your stay you’ll have access to the third floor apartment only. You’ll access the stairwell door labeled TH 3B- 3D and then walk up to the third floor and open the door labeled TH-3C to access the apartment. In addition to your own private bathroom within the apartment, you will also have access to a shared outdoor shower for the purpose of removing sand from your feet prior to entering the apartment, after coming from the beach. We kindly ask you remove as much sand as possible prior to accessing the apartment. There is a public unpaved gravel lot used as public parking. If you are solicited to pay for parking, don’t do it or you might be in the wrong parking lot. The garbage dumpster is located in the periphery of this lot. Look for a green dumpster cement building.
