Cozy cabin at Sletvold in Oppdal

Cozy cabin on Sletvold in the middle between Hovden and Stølen ski resort. Perfect location for hiking in summer and winter and a great starting point for a successful stay in Oppdal. The space ABOUT THE CABIN 1st floor: Bathroom/toilet, two bedrooms, two storage rooms 2nd floor: kitchen, living room and one bedroom Spacious carport with storage room at the back. Large veranda. Heaters over outdoor spaces both on the veranda on the 2nd floor and down by the fire pit on the 1st floor which makes it comfortable to sit outside even if it is never so many minus degrees. LOCATION The cabin is located a short distance to and in the middle of the ski resorts in Hovden and Stølen, Only 100 meters from the cabin there is a ski lift that makes it possible to drive down to the ski lift in Hovden. From the top of Hovden you can reach all the alpine facilities Stølen, Vangslia and Ådalen. It is also only 100 meters down to "Låven", Oppdal's most popular après-ski. Down to Oppdal city center is a short walk of 20-25 minutes. BEDROOMS, SLEEPING PLACES Bedroom 1: Double bed 200x150 cm Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 200x80 cm Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds, lower bunk 120x200 cm and upper bunk 90x200 cm. Total number of beds for 6 people, possibly a seventh in the 120 bed in bedroom 3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in time from 3 pm Check out by 12PM CLEANING: The tenant is responsible for cleaning, washing/cleaning when moving out. The cabin is to be left in the same condition as on arrival. Alternatively, cleaning can be arranged for a fee of NOK 1,500 ACCESS Access via exit from Gamle Kongevei about 150 meters below the cabin. At the cabin there is plenty of space for 2 cars, possibly also a third, one of which in the carport. CODE LOCK ON FRONT DOOR Door opens with code available upon booking. There is a number panel on the lock where the code is entered. Then press the unlocking symbol at the bottom left of the lock panel and the door will open. From the outside, the door is closed by pressing the lock symbol at the bottom right of the panel. MISCELLANEOUS There is TV (with full channel package, Netflix, etc.), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. The cabin is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Usual basic equipment is included for kitchen, bathroom and interior. There are hammocks in the carport. These can be used and mounted under the porch in front of the cabin. STORAGE ROOMS The storage room at the back can be used for storing ski equipment. In the storage room there are usually one or two bicycles that the tenant is welcome to use during the summer months. In the storage room there are also various tools that can be used as needed.
