We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do! - Room cleaning fee is 1,500 baht per service. - Laundry is free of charge, with a washer and dryer available in the unit. - Utilities: Guests will be responsible for water and electricity fees. Water is 120 baht per unit. Electricity is as billed by the Provincial Electricity Authority. Internet is included. - No smoking anywhere in closed spaces. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor balcony area. - Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Before check-in, please provide a photo of the passport ID page for all guests.
