Family Retreat w/ AC near UCSB, Parks and Beach

Make yourself at home in our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, home plus a separate home office space located in the Santa Barbara area. It is a bright, spacious, comfortable, kid-friendly home that is great for people working remotely. This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly community located close to parks, Lake Los Carneros nature preserve, and a short drive to the beach, UCSB and downtown Santa Barbara. This is a great area for people who enjoy spending time outdoors year around. The space The main area includes an open concept kitchen, dining and family room flooded with natural light. The house is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and soft and filtered water throughout. Sleeping arrangements: Primary bedroom- king sized bed and en suite bathroom with a shower Second bedroom- (across the hall from the primary bedroom) full size bed Third bedroom- twin bed Fourth bedroom- located toward the front of the house with french doors that lead to the kitchen. This has a daybed with a twin size mattress. An additional twin mattress can be added to this room, either on a metal frame or on the floor (slid under the main bed frame). This room also has sliding doors to the front of the house which has a child safety lock (up high) in addition to the sliding door lock. The home office "shed" has it's own AC unit and with hard line internet plus additional WiFi router (164 Mbps download speed). The office has an adjustable desk that can be used seated or standing. The shed is tucked into one corner of the yard and we also have a springfree trampoline, fire pit with chairs and small vegetable garden. The backyard is quiet, private and enjoys lovely afternoon sun. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note This is our primary home but we remove most personal items, leaving items we feel will enhance your stay. Dressers will be emptied in order for you to settle in. We can leave out children's toys and books, Lotus travel crib, kitchen helper, etc., if desired. No parties, no smoking, no pets allowed. Registration Details 2024-0498
