The space Recreational WELLNESS cottage in the foothills of the Jestřebí Mountains and within walking distance of the Radvanice ski lift, featuring a JACUZZI, SAUNA, an in-ground indoor SALTWATER POOL, and Wi-Fi, located near the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks and the Broumov Walls, 13 km from Trutnov. In the building, on the ground floor: Section I: entrance hall, living room (TV+satellite, sofa set, dining table + chairs, Wi-Fi) with kitchenette (stove, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher), 1/4 bedroom (double bed, 2 single bunk beds), 1/3 bedroom (double bed, single bunk bed), bathroom (shower, sink), separate toilet (sink), washing machine, access to the terrace, seating area. In the building, on the first floor (SEPARATE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING): Section II: stairs to the first floor, living room (TV+SAT, sofa set, dining table + chairs, Wi-Fi, sitting area with daybed), kitchen (stove, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher), 1/2 bedroom (double bed), 1/3 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Heating: electric – heat pump, pet: NO. The guest has both parts of the property all to themselves. CELEBRATIONS, PARTIES, AND STAG/HEN DOES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING OUT OF CONSIDERATION FOR THE NEIGHBORS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. Preference is given to families with children who want to relax. PLAYING MUSIC INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED DURING THE ENTIRE DAY OR IN THE EVENING! On the property: unfenced garden, sunken covered saltwater pool (open from late May/early June to September, weather permitting), year-round hot tub for up to 5 people (please observe quiet hours at night), Finnish sauna, seating area, electric grill, parking for 2 cars. Swimming: by the property, restaurant: 500 m, shop: 500 m, bus: 1 km, train: 2,5 km, skiing: 600 m, sauna: by the property. Other things to note The pool is summer, operational from the second half of May until September according to the weather. When the pool will be triggered cannot be guaranteed, it depends on the weather (we do not guarantee). In July and August, dates are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. Security deposit (CZK 10,000/ 400 EUR) is paid prior to arrival to the bank account. Electricity (only for the wellness area) according to consumption + tourist fees are paid from the security deposit. The house is in the village, and there are other houses in the immediate vicinity, so it is necessary to observe quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.) to ensure good relations with the neighbors who live here.
