Modern recreational house only about 400 m from ski Radvanice with year-round hot tub, sauna and seasonal summer indoor pool. The space Holiday WELLNESS house in the foothills of the Jestřebí Mountains and within walking distance of the Radvanice ski lift, with a HOT TUB, SAUNA, sunken indoor salt water POOL and WIFI, near Adršpach – Teplice rocks and Broumov walls, 13 km from Trutnov. On the ground floor: part I.: entrance hallway, Living room (TV+sat, sofa, dining table + chairs, WIFI) with kitchenette (stove, fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher), 1/4 bedroom (double bed, 2x single bed upstairs), 1/3 bedroom (double bed, single bed upstairs), bathroom (shower, washbasin), separate toilet (sink), washing machine, exit to the terrace, seating area. In the building upstairs (SEPARATE ENTRANCE TO the HOUSE): part II: stairs to the floor, living room (TV+sat, sofa, dining table + chairs, WIFI, resting corner with lounging), kitchen (stove, fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher), 1/2 bedroom (double bed), 1/3 bedroom (3x single bed), bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet). Heating: electric – heat pump, pet: NO. Guest have use of both parts of the property for themselves. NO CELEBRATIONS, EXUBERANT PARTIES, AND BACHELORETTE PARTIES ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES WITH RESPECT TO THE NEIGHBORS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. Preference is given to families with children who want to relax. At the building: unfenced garden, recessed covered swimming pool with salt water (in operation at the turn of May/June to September, depending on the weather), year-round hot tub for up to 5 people (please observe the night peace), Finnish sauna, seating, parking for 2 cars. Swimming: at the building, restaurant: 500 m, shop: 500 m, bus: 1 km, train: 2.5 km, skiing: 600 m, sauna: at the building. Other things to note The pool is summer, operational from the second half of May until September according to the weather. When the pool will be triggered cannot be guaranteed, it depends on the weather (we do not guarantee). Security deposit (CZK 10,000/ 400 EUR) is paid prior to arrival to the bank account. Electricity (only for the wellness area) according to consumption + tourist fees are paid from the security deposit. The house is in the village, other houses are in the immediate vicinity, it is necessary to observe the night peace with regard to good coexistence with the neighbors who live here, thank you for your understanding.
