The sea can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes: the nearest pebble beach is perfect for relaxing, while the sandy beach is about 400 metres away. Satellite TV and 4G Wi-Fi with 5 GB per day. The space The bedroom: cosy with a double bed and a comfortable single bed, perfect for a couple with a child. Bathroom: modern and functional, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower with solar hot water. For an extra touch of freshness, you can also take advantage of the outdoor shower. Kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: dishwasher, electric oven and fridge with freezer. Living room: cosy and relaxing, with a small sofa, reading corner and satellite TV, ideal for moments of relaxation after a day at the beach or among the beauties of Ogliastra. Guest access The apartment has a large garden shared with the owner, as shown in the photos, with olive trees, located in front of the entrance, where you can park your cars. Before arrival, guests will receive the Google Maps link to easily locate the location of the apartment. Other things to note The scheduled check-in time is from 3:00 pm, but it is preferable to contact the host because, usually, if there are no departing guests, check-in can be brought forward. To simplify and speed up check-in, before arrival, guests must send photos of the identification documents of all guests via Airbnb messaging, which are necessary for communication to the competent authorities according to current legislation.
