7 miles to Snowbasin. 15 miles to Powder Mountain. Condo is on the Pineview Reservoir -- Winter activities include snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and ice-fishing. UTA Shuttle in winter will take you to and pick you up from Snowbasin Resort - Route 675 runs between Snowbasin Resort and Lakeside Resort Properties. Summer activities include kayaking, motor-boating, fishing, mountain-biking, climbing, hiking. The space Condo has two bedrooms both equipped with new TVs, and two full bathrooms upstairs. One bathroom has a tub with jets to soothe sore muscles. Laundry Room is also upstairs.
