This listing is for a 1-bedroom suite inside of Hilton Valdoro Mountain Lodge Breckenridge. The unit is a stylish and intuitively designed retreat that provides the perfect accommodations for family or friends. Inside the unit, you will enjoy fine furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, separated living and dining areas, 1 bathroom, fireplace, and washer/dryer. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. Guest access Guests have access to all of the resort amenities: - Pool - Hot Tubs - Game Room - Lounge - Fitness Center - Spa Other things to note HOW DOES THE BOOKING AND CHECK-IN PROCESS WORK? Once your booking is confirmed and paid for on Airbnb, I will put the reservation in your name and provide you with a confirmation number that you can use to check-in directly at the resort with your ID and credit card for incidentals. OCCUPANCY TAX The State of Colorado has a mandatory occupancy tax that will need to be paid directly to the resort at check-in. The tax is minimal, but just be aware that this is not included in your Airbnb paid booking. I estimate this tax to be about $6/night. NOTE: Photos were taken from the resort website.
