Come and enjoy Amsterdam in a modern home with two bedrooms in the best part of the city: Amsterdam-Noord. Our place is spacious, with a sunny backyard filled with flowers and fresh herbs. It is perfect for a single person, couple or a small family. The living room and kitchen are thoughtfully arranged, convenient and comfortable. The bedroom has a lovely bed and a calm vibe. We use the second bedroom as an office, but it can easily be used as a children's room, complete with an extra bed. The space We, Merel (31) and Daan (33) live in a peaceful, family-friendly and characteristic neighborhood in Amsterdam-Noord. We really enjoy living here: it is calm but close to everything the city has to offer. Please rejoice our place, but treat it with care :) 'Noord' is known for its vibrant restaurants, green spaces and creative hubs. It's the perfect blend of city and nature: the city centre is just 10 minutes away with bike and ferry or metro. At the same time, our home is only minutes away from nature, such as natural swimming spots, parks, typical Dutch meadows and charming little villages. (If you need any tips, city or nature, let us know!) There's also a local swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) just around the corner. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and there's a convenient bus stop nearby. Plus, you can park your car for free just 400 meters from the house. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the kitchen and living area are thoughtfully arranged for convenience and comfort. Our home is equipped with modern amenities, including a Quooker tap, a large fridge and oven, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an Italian coffeemaker. Since it's just the two of us, we currently use the second bedroom as an office, but it can easily be transformed into a children's room, complete with an extra bed and a portable crib if needed. Guest access You will have full and private access to the entire house. Other things to note The house and our the garden - with sun almost the whole day - are exclusively yours!
