The space This spacious house is located in the coastal Cumbrian village of St Bees and is perfect for short- and mid-length stays. This house would be ideal for those planning to explore the Cumbrian coast such as those following the coast-to-coast trail. This house would also benefit those working in the area with the Sellafield site within a 15-minute drive. There is also a local train station with links to popular areas such as Whitehaven, Workington, Carlisle and Barrow-in-Furness. This trainline also stops at a station close to the Sellafield site. This home sleeps up 18 guests across 9 bedrooms with 4 shared bathrooms. You will also have access to a cosy living and fully equipped kitchen with an open plan dining space. The sizable shared areas with open plan style make them perfect spaces for socialising with your fellow guests. With a beautiful fireplace, comfortable sofas and flat screen TV, the living area is both stylish and cosy. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. These amenities make this property ideal for both short- and mid-length stays. The open plan dining space attached to the kitchen allows guests to enjoy meals together, there is also seating on the breakfast bar for those who prefer. Each of the nine bedrooms contains a comfortable double bed and storage space to create a home-away-from-home feel. Each of the four bathrooms contains a bath and or shower. There is also a separate office space allowing those staying to separate work and leisure. This house also has central heating and wifi to make a more comfortable stay. The private outdoor space of this property is large with a tiered lawn making it a perfect space to relax or enjoy time with the family. Other things to note Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £250 charged separately in the form of a pre-authorisation charge. This will show as a pending transaction on your account throughout your stay. It will only be charged in the event of damages or a breach of our terms and conditions.
