Welcome to Reel and Relax! This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is perfect for families, fisherman, beach lovers, and everyone in between. House includes a covered patio for outdoor dining and relaxing, outdoor grill area and fire pit. Inside there is a large living area with Smart TV, foosball table and games. Conveniently located 1 mile from Mashes Sands Beach and boat ramp. Bring your fishing boat and reel in an amazing catch or just come for a relaxing beach getaway! The space This property is ideal for couples, families and mature adults looking for a quiet getaway to enjoy Florida's Forgotten Coast or do some Gulf fishing. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. Two queen beds and two twin beds allow up to 6 guests for your visit. The primary bathroom has a shower while the second bathroom has a shower/bath combo. A hairdryer is also included for your use. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishware and cookware. We have provided grilling accessories for you to use the charcoal grill in the backyard. We will not always have charcoal at the house but if there is, feel free to use it! A keurig and k-cups are in the kitchen as well as some condiments (ketchup, mustard, salt & pepper, olive oil) in case you forget to bring them. For other essentials, the Coastal Market right down the road is a great place to stop in on your way and stock up! Firewood and firestarters will be provided in case you would like to use the firepit. Please remember to bring the marshmallows or hotdogs and use the roasting sticks provided! Relax and enjoy the expansive living room which includes a foosball table, books, board games, card games and a smart TV. We also have a washer and dryer available with laundry detergent on hand. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels. If you would like to bring your boat, please let us know what size boat and we'll confirm there is room to park it on the driveway. With the beach one mile down the road, and the Coastal Market, OB Mercantile and Angelo's one mile the other direction, we recommend bringing your bicycle to fully take advantage of the bike path right outside the front door! Your hosts are nearby and available if there are any questions or you need recommendations for things to do or places to go!
