Failure to provide all names will result in a $100 penalty fee charged by the condominium administration. Check-in: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM. Self-check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival. If you're interested in an early check-in, you are welcome to ask about availability; an additional fee may applies. Check-out: Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you're interested in a late check-out, please ask about availability; an additional fee may applies. Guest Limit: A maximum of 8 guests (including children) are permitted on the property at any time. This includes all visitors. Exceeding this limit will incur a $175 fee for violating house rules. Condominium Rules: The condominium requires a signed contract from all guests. You will be asked to provide an email address for this purpose. Failure to provide your email address to sign this required contract will result in a $175 fee.The complex requires to have everyone's name on file no less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note *NO PETS ALLOWED* *2 parking spots assigned* Please be aware that during certain times of the year, particularly from spring to fall, the Caribbean experiences sargassum season. While our property is maintained to the highest standards, the presence of sargassum on the beaches can sometimes result in a natural, earthy scent in the surrounding environment, which may occasionally be noticeable within the building's air. We appreciate your understanding of this natural phenomenon. TM Rentals strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. TM Rentals also provides the amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include a soap dispenser with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
