We have: •2 bedrooms •2 Bathrooms •Parking space •Ground floor •Small patio Our apartment has a very comfortable living room, dining room ideal for 4 people, where you can spend very pleasant moments and fully equipped kitchen to enjoy after exploring the city. Our apartment is located just 15 minutes from the Heart of the City, by car. The space Cozy and modern spaces, guarded parking, good location (15 min. drive from the Historic Center). Perfect for long stays. Our apartment is located in the Agencia de San Mexicapam in the beautiful city of Oaxaca. Close to shops, gas station, restaurants, and the newly opened "Parque Primavera", in addition to having a privileged location near the Archaeological Zone of Monte Albán (10 min.) which is undoubtedly a must-see place on your trip. We've thought of every detail to make you feel at home during your stay. Guest access Downtown Oaxaca is small, so wherever you go, it won't take more than 20 minutes to get there (just take into account holidays such as Guelaguetza or Day of the Dead, as some streets are closed and you have to take alternate routes). The subdivision has 24-hour surveillance and you won't have to climb stairs since we are located on the ground floor. In addition, we are one of the few apartments within the complex that have a patio. We also have common areas at your disposal such as games for the little ones, basketball court, barbecues and exercise equipment Other things to note To access the Oclaro Residential, you must enter through the Arboledas subdivision, there is the security personnel who will give quick access to the residential, you just have to mention that you are going to apartment 102 of building 9. The parking space you can occupy is 102 of the building. No parties or gatherings with people outside the reservation, smoking inside the apartment or pets are allowed.
