The space This bright and spacious room is rented in a completely renovated apartment in 2024. Located in a completely safe area of Madrid in building with physical doorman, 2 floor with elevator and all new furnishings. ✨ The apartment has: - Full kitchenette, equipped with all necessary kitchenware and appliances: oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, kettle, blender. -Washer and clothesline. - Living room with sofa, dining table with chairs, 55"smart TV and air conditioner - Bathroom with a shower and a screen. - Room with 140x200 cm bed. Large two-door wardrobe with two drawers and hangers. In-room air conditioning. Outside window. And lock with key. The common areas are shared with two companions and there is a weekly cleaning of the common areas included in the price, so everything is kept clean and cared for. ✏️ RULES: No Smoking. Smoking is also not allowed in the window. - No parties inside the house, no noise later than 10pm. - No pets allowed. - It is not allowed to rent as a couple, (the rooms are for single use only). Guest access You will share the common areas with two other roommates. During your stay I will be available during your stay for whatever you need 🙂👍🏻 Other things to note - Check-ins after 8:00 PM have a surcharge of €30. - Check-in is not possible after 10:00 pm. •⚡️ Maximum speed Internet (1 Gb fiber). • 🏠 The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, but there is a small section with stairs. • 🧖‍♀️A shared hand towel and shower mat are provided, which are renewed weekly. Individual shower towels are NOT included. • 🧹 The monthly price includes 1 weekly cleaning of the common areas, keeping the apartment always tidy and cared for. Additionally, you can hire a room cleaning service, with a change of sheets, for €20.
