There are many things new and many things old as we work on the property over time (as shown on the actual photos). Don't expect it to be all brand new inside out so you'll not feel disappointed. And for this we have it listed at a good discounted rate. **NOTE: Short stay of minimum 3 days are allowed but only by special request. Please submit your request as needed and I'll follow up asap. In a secluded quiet and peaceful area of Stockton yet conveniently close to highway 99, I-4 & I-5. Ready for 1 person, a couple, family or group up to 5-6+ as needed for short stays or business trips. 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a full size futon sofa in the living room and a stylish comfortable chaise sofa. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the closets. All new furnishings, LED lightings and modern updates. Clean and comfortable for your stay in a quiet area of Stockton. Premium streaming services are included with the Samsung 85in UHD 4K SmartTV: -Youtube Premium -Prime Video -Netflix Premium -HBO Max -Level 2 EV charging port provided in the garage with a NEMA 10-30 plug type (3-prong). Additional NEMA 14-50R (4-prong) adapter is also provided. **NOTE: No traditional cable services or TV channels provided. **Access PINs are provided in House Manual, visible to confirmed booking. We welcome corporate team housing, long-term stays for nurses and medical professionals on rotations, vacations and in-town visits. Additional discounts will be granted to longer multi-month stay. Guest access The entire house to yourself including the attached parking garage. You can park 1 car in the garage. Please operate the garage door with care and safety. The garage door has PIN code access to opener installed on the door for manual use and also MyQ smart app remote access for your convenience of keyless access from your smartphone. You can request guest access on your smartphone & login infos will be shared to your email after confirmed bookings. Other things to note 1) For guests staying 1 week or longer, don't forget to pull out the main garbage (standing outside the garage door) to curbside on Teusday evenings for morning pickup on Wednesdays when needed. 2) For long-term guests with more than 1 month stays, you may be required to sign a paper rental agreement and complete a standard tenant screening process in parallel of your reservation for proper housing legal protections. 3) We have very strict House Rules to protect our property as well as providing the best services to all legitimate staying guests. Any or all intentions to abuse the property will be dealt with promptly & with immediate consequences. We aim to ensure the most comfortable stays for our valued guests as well as maintaining the level of harmony for the neighborhood. Party seekers are NOT welcomed here. You have many options to throw a party elsewhere. 4) On the other hand, we value legitimate staying guests and do allow all responsible and reasonable gatherings with close family & friends as needed. Guests can always ask for permissions ahead of time & disclose fully of the occasion, size of guests expected, etc. We can accommodate responsible and safe gatherings to ensure the best experience possible for our guests to enjoy for their stays. 5) There are no traditional cable TV or channels provided. Only smartTV functions available via the brand new Samsung 85in 4K TV and all premium services as listed. - Bathtub is available but is limited in function due to hair catch installed and can cause slow drains so mainly only the shower function is recommended. 6) Wall-mounted ACs can be noisy to those who are sensitive to such equipment. However, one can limit it's effects by running one unit that is further away from your rest area (i.e. run the one in living room and rest in the bedroom, leave the room open, and vice versa). 7) Original plumbing pipes in this section of town are cast iron and can show hint of rust or slightly yellowish when the house is left idle or vacant for extended period of time. Expect to see yellowish toilet flush water. It'll take a few initial flushes to clear the tank and use normally. Additionally, we can run the cold water in the bathtub for a couple minutes, at checkin, to clear the lines and use normally. There is already additional filter installed from the main source to the house which can help with sediment and particulate filtration. 8) This is Stockton. The city has made a name for itself in the past of dark times in its history and culture. Things have been better in contrast to its past or worsening conditions of other cities nearby. Occasionally, there will be sounds of gunshots in the air at night. It's best to not get involved, stay indoor and let the police do their work as usual where needed.
