Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The place is very green and is close to Neotia hospital and city centre . The staff will look after you well, giving you delicious home cooked food. We take IDs of all guests entering the property. No pets are allowed. . Guest access The check in time for guests is 11 am and check out is 11 am , the next day. Please inform us beforehand when you will arrive. The gates will be closed after 11pm at night. This is for security reasons. Please be mindful of other guests in the property 🙏 This is in a very peaceful neighborhood and you may play music but not loud. We don't allow parties or events. Hope you enjoy the peaceful, calm and beautiful surroundings that we offer🙏🙏 During your stay You could message me on the Airbnb site for any communication. We welcome you to the property. We would like to host sensitive, responsible and mindful guests. My property manager lives in the property and will look after you while you are there. We also provide delicious home cooked meals at an extra cost. However, due to safety issues, we politely ask guests to take their luggage with them when they check out. Some guests might have a booking again with us at a later date. We would advise them to carry their luggage when they check out the first time. Thank you for your understanding 🙏 Other things to note The property is located in one of the best locations in Siliguri. Bagdogra airport is about 20 mins by car and Siliguri junction station is about 10 mins away. New Jalpaiguri station is about 25 mins from the villa. You can get to Darjeeling, Bhutan or Sikkim the hills which are a three hour drive. We provide delicious home cooked food at an extra cost. However, for those who want to stay for a long period of time, we offer discounts if you prefer you want our cooked meals. If you want to to cook for yourselves, we can provide utensils, ingredients will be yours and there will be a charge towards gas usage fees.
