The space A cozy 65 m² lakeside house in Prevlaka, Lake Skadar, ideal for up to 5 guests. The home has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a living room with a sofa bed for 2, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with a beautiful lake view. The house is surrounded by greenery and offers peace, privacy and a true nature escape. Guest access You will have access to your private part of the house with a separate entrance and a private terrace overlooking the lake. The property is divided into two units. Occasionally, family members may use the shared outdoor area near the entrance, but your accommodation and terrace remain completely private. Free parking is available nearby. Kayak rental is available on site for an additional fee. Other things to note Location The house is located in one of the most beautiful bays of Lake Skadar, right on the shore, in the heart of the national park. Surrounded by untouched nature and separated from populated areas, it offers complete peace and privacy. From the terrace, you’ll mostly see water, greenery and sky. Podgorica and Cetinje are about 45 minutes away by car. The Space This home was originally created for family gatherings and time with friends, and it still carries that warm and simple atmosphere. The interior is comfortable, functional and fully equipped for a relaxed stay. You will find comfortable beds, extra blankets, towels, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning (cooling and heating). There is also a covered veranda perfect for enjoying the lake view even during rainy weather. Activities & Nature This is a place to slow down — swim, kayak, cook, enjoy local wine and watch the lake change throughout the day. In season, fresh fish can be bought from local fishermen. The area is especially beautiful for birdwatching and photography, particularly from October to April. Hiking trails, cycling routes and small local wineries are located nearby. Before You Book The access road is narrow and winding in parts (approx. 5 km), typical for this region. The house is located in a natural lakeside environment, so you may occasionally encounter insects, especially during warmer months. The nearest shop and services are about 15–20 km away. During strong storms, short electricity outages may occasionally occur.
