Throw open the oversized windows to enjoy a constant breeze and the sound of crashing waves, or laze away on the tanning deck by the heated pool at this peaceful 1957 Pines home. Situated high on the secondary dune, enjoy both southern ocean views and eastern sunsets over a canopy of trees. The space 3 bed, 2.5 bath home in the quiet East End of Fire Island Pines for six visitors max. A 15-minute walk to the Harbor and a 30-second walk to the beach. Two king bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a full en suite bathroom, and one small twin bunk bedroom with a half en suite bathroom on the second floor. Open-concept kitchen and living/dining area with plenty of comfy seating for family dinners and game nights. The house is surrounded by mahogany decking that leads to a walk-in heated pool, large outdoor dining table, as well as tall grasses and trees providing plenty of privacy for your outdoor showers. New for 2025, not yet reflected in pictures, are: powerful air conditioning, king beds on the ground floor (with new mattresses, pillows, and bedding), hardwood floors, best-in-class wifi, and plenty of desk space for remote working. Please note that the three bathrooms are clean and comfortable, but have not yet been renovated. Other things to note Please note: 1. Fire Island Pines is a special haven for LGBTQ+ people. While all communities are welcome here, please be respectful of the queer and liberated nature of this unique place. 2. This is not a party house. A family of two dads and their young children live at this house when it is not rented, so we ask that you please kindly bear that in mind when using our home and with what you leave behind.
